The setup of our first school

FUNIMFUNDO - seeking knowledge - adhering to strict gov. standards, running since June 2004.
- And an active Parent / Teachers association.
- A trained cook working to serve nutritious meals.
- Teachers successfully trained in Early Childhood Development to government accredited Level 4.
The ongoing training of teachers and principal.
& The planting and maintaining of a herb and vegetable garden.
To train our headmistress in school
governance, finance and budgeting.
- To take children on exploratory outings beyond the confines of their everyday surroundings.
- To establish a community education centre where adults can attend various workshops: literacy, healthcare, etc...
Attending Pre-primary builds confidence & educates which enables informed choices in adulthood!
